Order NowEvie…the love of my life, can’t go a day without her and I don’t know how I lived without her before, but today I had to go on without her because today is the day I died. Me and Evie were on vacation for our one year anniversary, we were at Koh Lipe in the Andaman Sea, it was beautiful there. We were on one of the many white sand beaches on this island, but there was something different about this one, something I couldn’t explain it was secluded and the furthest of beaches from the resort. The people of this island told us many stories about this place and the legends carried down from generation to generation. “Chokh Chata” is Thai for Dynasty the native language of this island is the name of the beach we one.
All along I felt more connected to Evie than I ever had before, but she seemed off…And then sunset, we went out into the clear blue waters for one last time before we returned back to the resort, the water was different I thought maybe it was just colder but I thought nothing of it. We had gotten pretty far out into the water, then it happen a violent current appeared out of nowhere and Evie was gone in seconds in my panic I started screaming her name with no return until a few moments later when I heard the sound of struggle and slashing down the current. I then followed the current to her then we finally meet again, those few seconds apart seemed like year but this was not the end.
“If we don’t make it out of this just know I love you more than you will ever know” said Evie as she held onto me as we both flooded the roaring current. “I love you to-” before I could finish my sentence I was slashed in the food by a rock in the water. It was then I realized I was heading towards a patch of spiky rocks about twenty feet from shore. I told evie to get on my back as I tried to swim out of the current but I was no use we were stuck as I began to realize this was the end. The closer we got the rocks the faster my heart began to beat, the louder everything around me got. Now a few feet from the rocks I know this was it this was the moment of truth, either I covered Evie and risk major injuries or death. I said to Evie “Im going to cover you through the rocks, you swim to shore once we get though”
