This system is used for storing data and information of students and enrollees in insuring the security of their accounts (bills, payments, miscellaneous, past due) and organizing their subjects in accordance with their course and curriculum.

This study will help the faculty and staffs of Casa Del Niño College make enrollment easier for the College Department. It provides fast approach of registration, consumes less time and the system will make the enrollment transaction produce a secured and more reliable information.

This proposed study aims to develop and implement automated Enrollment system for college department that will provide an excellent way of managing students’ data, organize and improve data integrity, lessen the paper works.
Methodology to be used:
The chapter will tackle different stages of software development. This will discuss in detail the project design, the external, internal and the program design. The next stage will be the project development presenting different phases from basic planning to operation. The last two stages will be the operations and testing procedure. Software design will also be mentioned in the latter part of the document.

The proponents will use Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 for the system because Visual Basic hard coding will be lessened and it will make more convenience to the group. It has a simple language, has many tools that can spare programming time, then the structure of the language is simple and it has very many resources. Also the college office uses Microsoft Windows XP and 7 OS that is compatible to Visual Basic 6.0
