Medical terminology is a language that is mainly used in the medical and insurance world. It is used to describe the human body and associated components, conditions, process and procedures in a science based manner. The words are derived by both the Greek and Latin languages. Medical terminology encompasses everything that is needed to be communicated. If doctors and nurses could not use medical terminology they would have to use multiple descriptive words to describe what is wrong with the patient. [Heading 2]
