I have over 13 years in Marketing, working in different industries. I began working as a clerk in Sales, creating Powerpoint presentations, reports and expense reports for the Sales manager at Thompson Tractor Company. After 3 years of working as a sales clerk, I moved to the Marketing department working as a Marketing Assistant. In this postion, I learned how to use my personality to interact and connect with business people in meetings. I produced a magazine called Highroad. This magazine featured customers and caterpillar specials with this magazine being distributed through out the southern region. For the last 10 years I have worked as the Marketing Coodinator at Thompson, and in this position I have learned how negotiate good that benefits both sides of the table. These experiences has enhanced my abilities to work under short deadlines and had pushed my confidence to negotiate very important business deals.
Companies That Make an Impression on Me
Because I am a people person I would definitely want to work with a company that causes me to interact with other employees, managers and customers. The three companies that has had the biggest impression on me and would like to work for is Apple… The second company that I would be interested in would be BrushArt…a very promising future and my experience would help take BrushArt to the next level. To be honest, I have never thought about the companies I would like to work for until this week. Each of these companies is about making an enjoyable experience for people that stay with them and for employees to making memories along the way. I really believe that they would be rewarding as well as challenging.
Most of the time getting an interview is the most challenging part of the employment process.
