The booming OJT on–the–job training

I would like to convey my thankfulness and gratitude to the staffs for the booming OJT on–the–job training which I have undergone in your progressive company. The acquaintance, skills and craftsmanship which I have educated throughout my practical training will be of big help in my future practice as an Hotelier and Restaurateur. Similarly, the 600 hours OJT which I have completed meets the requirement as an applicant for graduation. I am also thanking our Shipboard Training Officer, Ms. Lai Anne Balte, Ocean Link Institute. The vessel we board M/V Saint Michael the Archangel, Negros Navigation and the entire of the vessel crew for their generous support, coaching and companionship during my OJT. I have learned a lot from them.

To the light, our god, who guiding us through the way, for giving me a courage and perseverance that I can passed all those challenges that I’ve been encountered during my training, protecting me when I’m a far from my family. The Room Attendant, Mr. Francis Punzalan, and Mr. Joseph Carlo Rabang, Front Office Staff, Ms. Jearalyne Artazo, Ms. Rivelyn Ingente, and Ms. Precious Santiago, and the Maintenance Staff, Mr. Edmund Sampinit, and also to Mrs. Ronalyn Pantas th Hotel Administrator.

Thank you very much for accepting me, as your trainee, I am so glad and proud to be a part of your company. My School Bataan Peninsula State University. The Administrators, Mentors, and Staff. To our hardworking HRM Instructor Ms. Jimley Gonzales and Ms. Carla Bautista, especially to our HRM Course Coordinator, our Advisers as well Mrs. Maribel Tolentino, who gave their selves through teaching and molding us, just to help us to attain our goals in our future career.

I wish to thank my parents for their undivided support and interest who inspired me and encouraged me to go my own way, without whom I would be unable to complete my training. At last but not the least I want to thank my co-trainees who appreciated me for my work and motivated me, whom made my training colorful, memorable and enjoyable.
