Therefore I conclude that the way the vice president acted at first was very unprofessional. He showed his attitude in front of other people that should not be done knowing that he is the vice president. However he asked apology because he realized that what he did was absolutely wrong

My recommendation into this problem is that the vice president, Nick Smith, should treat his people gently in a way that respect as the vice president of the company is still there. Having a harmonious relationship with your people can create exceptional strategies and more sound in decision making.
