And finally the last level is the self-actualisation, everyone need to have a goal in their live, they need to have a target that they want to achieve in order to keep themselves motivated. Businesses should therefore offer different incentives to workers in order to help them to fulfil each of the needs one by one and to progress up the hierarchy.
