My Favourite Cricketer Shahid Afridi

Cricket is a world famous game and this game includes some of the legends of the world. This game lets the best player famous in whole world for its classic records. One of my favorite cricketer is Shahid Khan Afridi Shahid Khan Afridi’s real name is Sahibzada Mohammad Shahid Afridi. He is popular among many cricket lovers. He was born in the Khyber agency on March 1, 1980. He is a well-known Pakistani player and is playing since 1996 and till date he played 334 ODI (One Day International) 27 tests and 46 Twenty 20 Internationals. Shahid Afridi made an impressive entry in International cricket with a sensational and historic 37 balls century in his second ODI against Sri Lanka on 4th October 1996 at Nairobi Afridi also served the national team as a captain.

In 2009 Pakistan won ICC world Twenty20 and after that Younis Khan declared retirement from Twenty20 cricket. PCB (Pakistan Cricket Board) elect Shahid Afridi as the next Twenty20 captain. As a person Shahid Khan Afridi is very jovial and friendly person. He respects elders and all his team members he enjoyed a marvelous friendship with his team and he trust and loves them a lot. He is observed as a religious person and has a strong believe in ALLAH’s decisions. Afridi has very flamboyant personality of the Pakistani cricket team. He is also known for his notorious reputation and was linked with several Indian actresses. But, no one can deny his popularity and is known on national and international ground as BOOM BOOM AFRIDI. He retired from one day international as well as test cricket after the world cup 2015.
