The reason being able to type quickly and accurately in each job is because If you are a secretary you would need to make sure you prepare your information as quickly and as accurately as possible and if you are a 911 dispatcher you are dealing with peoples lives and would need to get the information out correctly and quickly also. 4. Which part of writing the cover letter was easiest for you? Which part of writing the cover letter was most difficult for you? Write 1-2 sentences explaining why. (2.0 points) All parts of writing the cover letter was easy for me because I understood the assignment well. And I also have written cover letters before in other classes, so there really wasn’t a difficult part.
