When Bill Gates created Microsoft, like every invention there are problems and issues come with the creation. The biggest issue has been the competitor of Apple Inc., Google, and other software companies. Staying in competition in a world where technology is advancing quickly can be difficult. IBM (International Business Machines) was also an issue causing Bill Gates to look over his shoulder and ensure no competitor came close to his company, as IBM created their own operating system, Bill Gates developed Windows software, refining the operation and intensifying its uses (Gates, 2013). Solutions for one of Bill Gates problems, was to keep expanding and renewing Microsoft making it better for the user and staying ahead of the competition.
