The casino will have approximately 250 employees which will include 10 expats at management level to implement the Joker Africa procedures. Chain of the casinos in Dar Es Salaam will have approximately 250 employees 6 administrators and 2 experienced Operational Managers to lead the team. Operation in Mwanza will be supervised by 1 Operational Manager, 1 administrator and 20 employees. Operation in Arusha will be supervised by 1 Operational Manager, 1 administrator and 16 employees
