Order NowSubordinates would describe me as conscientious, dependable and loyal. I can be counted on day or night to help resolve professional or personal problems and/or challenges. My supervisor would describe my followership as dependable, loyal and a self-starter. I have good communication skills both with my supervisor and subordinates ensuring that once given an assignment I can complete the task with little or no supervision while maintaining good rapport within the office. My leadership style is by example. I endeavor to lead a clean professional and personal lifestyle which, in turn, allows me to help mold younger troops. I believe it to be effective to show that I, too, do what is expected. I do not ask more than I am prepared to give. As a Non-Commissioned Officer (NCO) I take and follow orders from my supervisor and follow them to completion. However, sometimes I tend to hesitate in assigning work.
Primarily, rather than assign various tasks, I tend to complete the work myself. My supervisor would describe me as a good NCO. I strive to complete all actions in a timely manner with little or no supervision. I endeavor to keep ahead of schedule and maintain a thorough work flow. My supervisor would also say I need not to always worry about making everyone happy. My strengths are loyalty to my mission, supervisor and team. I am also detail oriented and have strong personal initiative. At the core, my essence is caring; not only caring about the individuals with whom I work but also about myself. I believe that by leadership, personal initiative, and leading by example, personnel will absorb into a cohesive unit, working productively together, not only for each other but our customers.
