It has been great honor and privilege to undergo training at Khairuddin Hasyudeen & Razi for the six months beginning 1st August 2014 until 31st January 2015. Fisrt of all,I would like to give special thanks to Puan Nur Adura Ahmad Noruddin, Coordinator Student Internship and Mobility UiTM Shah Alam for his assistance to help us to choose the place of training. I am very much thankful to Partner of Khairuddin Hasyudeen& Razi, Encik Ahmad Khairuddin Mat Salleh for providing all facilities and support to meet my practical training requirements. 1.0 BACKGROUND OF THE FIRM

Khairuddin Hasyudeeen & Razi was established on 1992, located at B-5-7 & B-5-8, Megan Avenue II, 12 Jalan Yap Kwan Seng, 50450 Kuala Lumpur. KHR have another branches located at Melaka, Alor Setar and Kota Bharu. KHR was led by Ahmad Khairuddin Mat Salleh (CPA Australia), partner of KHR, follow by other partners, Ahmad Razi Mod Noor (CPA Australia), Mohd Arif Hj Yusa (CPA Australia), Tengku Shahrizanny Tengku Abdullah (CPA Australia) and Ahmad Shahrul Hj Mohamed (MICPA, CISA and ICAA). KHR provides a full range of professional services from assurance, taxation, enterprise risk management and internal audit. For assurance, KHR is dedicated to provide assurance on financial reporting infrastructure and operations, helping client to improve the standards of reporting and adapt to the regulatory requirements. Range of services for assurance provided by KHR are financial investigation, financial due diligance, financial projections review, financial statements audit, assurance & investigate assignments, and other special purpose. For taxation, KHR is committed to assist and provide support to client in ensuring timely compliance. In addition to that, KHR will also identify and optimise tax-saving opportunities as well as minimising potential liabilities.

KHR also offer personalised counsel and tailor-made solutions to meet client’s need. By utilising the knowledge and experience, KHR approach will be to develop and implement personalised, systematic and innovative solutions that will address client’s critical tax requirements. Tax services provide by KHR are tax management, tax advisory, indirect tax, and TR scan. For enterprise risk management, KHR focuses on the enterprise wide risk identification, assessment and control measures that would assist client to improve your organisations’ risk management approach in enabling your organisation to achieve its corporate objectives. In addition to that, we provide recommendations for improving risk management processes by encouraging risk awareness among team members as well as enhancing the sharing of risk related information. For internal audit, KHR will provide to the client how to setting up of the Internal Audit function within the organisation, total outsourcing of the Internal Audit function, assisting Internal Audit department through co-sourcing of the specific functions in the Internal Audit Department and independent assessment and quality review of the existing Internal Audit Department.

2.0 SUMMARY OF THE JOBS DONE
At Khairuddin, Hasyudeen & Razi, all practical students have been have been placed in audit department and been exposed to all audit process from top to bottom during our six months here. First of all, before we going for audit field, I will set up a box file. Inside of that, contains of all the checklist and the separator. And at the same time, I will make an appointment with the person in charge at the company that I will audit. Next we will go to the the client’s office. At there,

3.0 CONCLUSION
All in all, after six months doing practical training, I have gained a lot of knowledge and get a good picture of the career opportunities available in the accounting profession.Besides that, I’m felt more disciplined and more sure of what to become in the future after doing the practical training.
