CONCLUSION
Leadership
We select a group leader to lead the group throughout the project. Our leader is able to guide us all the way towards the attainment of project goals. Leader should able to control all the activities and make necessary corrections to fulfil the objectives of this project. At the same time, leader always respects ideas and feelings of all the group members and encourages commitment and trust among team members. Teamwork
All group members give cooperation and commitment to achieve the shared objectives of this project. We put our team success at the top priority compared to individual benefits. This is because we know that a team success depends on all the group membersâ performance, not solely on individual performance. We avoid conflicts and misunderstandings so that the project can be carried out successfully.
